The Union of Parishes of Gondomar (São Cosme), Valbom and Jovim held the second sport workshop as part of the local implementation of the Erasmus+ project Don’t Age, Engage!
During the session, participants had the opportunity to take part in different guided exercises, including mobility movements, stretching and activities involving different parts of the body.
The activity provided a moment of movement, participation and social interaction in a positive and motivating environment, reinforcing the importance of physical activity in promoting active and healthy ageing.
Through this initiative, the Don’t Age, Engage! project continues to create opportunities for senior citizens to stay active and engaged.
Because getting older also means keeping moving! 💪😊
