We returned to Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Gondomar for another activity, continuing the work developed together throughout the previous sessions.
Building on the activities carried out earlier, this session focused on cognitive stimulation exercises, offering participants a range of challenges designed to stimulate skills such as memory, attention, reasoning and concentration. Throughout the activity, participants showed great interest and engagement in the different tasks and challenges proposed.
This initiative further reinforces our commitment to promoting active and healthy ageing through meaningful activities that support cognitive abilities and contribute to the well-being and quality of life of older people.
A special thank you to Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Gondomar for its continued collaboration and warm welcome, and to all the participants for their enthusiasm and active involvement!
