The first international mobility of the Don’t Age, Engage! project took place in Portugal, bringing together project partners for a week of collaboration, knowledge sharing and the exchange of good practices on active and healthy ageing.
During the mobility, partners took part in working meetings and practical activities focused on the project’s first toolkit module on mental well-being. The event also strengthened cooperation between partner organisations and reinforced their shared commitment to improving older adults’ quality of life.
The mobility concluded with very positive results, marking an important milestone in the project and highlighting the value of European cooperation in developing innovative resources for active ageing.
