2nd Workshop Brings Cognitive Stimulation Activities

On 30/04/2026, the União das Freguesias de Gondomar (S. Cosme), Valbom e Jovim carried out a second workshop at the Centro Social e Cultural da Paróquia de Valbom within the scope of the European project “Don’t Age, Engage!”.

This session continued the work developed in the area of mental health and active aging, encouraging participants to take part in activities designed to stimulate cognitive skills, communication and social involvement. The workshop also promoted moments of interaction and collective participation, contributing to a positive and supportive environment among the senior participants.

Through initiatives such as these, we aim to strengthen emotional well-being, social inclusion and the active participation of older adults in community life, while promoting healthier and more active aging habits.
